Dies to Die For Challenge #4

Hi everyone! It's Friday, it's the 18th, which means that not only is it my Dies to Die For DT day, it is also Die-ing for a Challenge day! This months we have a theme that you will all love..... Anything goes (with dies)!

Here is the card that I made for the challenge. As you can see, I have used lots of different dies on my card. They are all MFT Die-namics. I am completely smitten with these bad boys as I'm not brilliant with flowers and stuff, so they are the perfect embellies for me.

I hope you like my card and I hope even more that you are able to join us over at Die-ing for a Challenge this month!

Redonkulous DT Card #4!

Hi everyone! Today I have my 4th card for Redonkulous Designs to share with you! I coupled my old favourites - MME papers - with this super cute little Redonkulous image called simply 'Girl Skipping'.

How much fun does she look?!

Unfortunately I have to dash now as I am running massively late due to Mr Blogger messing me around...boo hiss... but I promise I will be back later to add a few more details.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dream BIG!

Hello lovely crafty friends! The sun is finally shining! As the rain cycle appears to be broken, we are firing up that BBQ tonight that caused all of the problems in the first place! It might still be a little chilly, but hey... we're British. We'll put a jumper on!

Just stopping by today to share a Dies to Die For card that I posted on the DTDF Blog yesterday. I love this little dragon fella and really like the fact that Magnolia do branch out further than the human characters.

The image has been teamed with some mega funky papers from the Bazzill Dino-Mite collection... Dragons/Dinosaurs.... they're nearly the same thing, right?! I could have layered these papers up more but

a) I wanted to show off the image, and
b) the papers are yummy and I was to make them last longer!!!

Challenges
My Mums Craft Shop - Fairytales.
Allsorts Challenge - Man or Boy.

Delicious Digi....!

Are you enjoying the rain?! I fear it may be my fault though... we bought a BBQ on Good Friday and it really hasn't stopped raining ever since! Even my Dad is begging us to take it back to the shop :o)

The good thing about rain though is that it gives you lots of guilt-free time for crafting and online craft shopping! During my time craft shopping, I stumbled across a fantastic digi image store with images which are right up my street - Mayzy Art. Here is a little something I made the other day....

I really enjoyed making this card. It took me no time at all to colour, but hours upon hours to decide on the layout as I must have changed my mine.... ooh.... approximately 15,000 times!

Challenges
Papertake - Anything Goes.
Simon Says Stamp - Anything 'Birthday' Goes.
One Stop Crafts - Celebrations.

Thanks for stopping by, have a fab Bank Holiday Monday!

Redonkulous DT #3

Hello folks, hope all ok with you and that you haven't been washed away in this hideous rainy weather. I don't know about you, but I'm a sunshine girl and I am totally sick of the rain now.... I'm also mildly concerned that our pond is going to overflow in fairly spectacular fashion and flood the garden! I'll have to keep you posted on that one ;)

Anyway, welcome to week 5 of Redonkulous DT sharing, and my 3rd creation using Sheryl's fab images. This one is definitely on the 'cheeky' side and whilst it might not be to everyone's taste, it's one of Redonkulous' best sellers! How do I feel about it?! I love it, it makes me chuckle :)

The thing I really love about the Redonkulous images is how great they are to colour - they have just the right level of detail. I've gone for primary tones on this one and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

If you like this, make sure you check out the creations produced by my team-mates. You can either visit them through the links in my sidebar, or by visiting the lovely Kim's blog.

Happy hump day!

Fairy Dust is a Must

Hello lovelies! Don't panic, I've not gone AWOL again! As I work full time, I tend to do most of my crafting at the weekend when I am off work. Well, last weekend I got nothing done as I was in London playing on Saturday, and feeling rough as hell on Sunday because I had a cracking headache. All of this equals no crafting and no cards for me.

I have since managed to make this sweet little card though...

These stamps come as a set and are slightly smaller than TGF's standard stamps. The beauty of this is that you can fit multiple images on your card! It's great as you can get loads of different looks, all from one set. I'm not sure if you can see from this picture, but I used Glossy Accents on the wings and mounted everything on glittery white card - essential for that fairy dust feel! I also did something I hardly ever do... I mixed papers from 3 totally different paper collections. I normally get scared about doing this, so very glad I faced my fears!

Challenges
Paper Sundaes - Lets Get Cute.
Crafty Cardmakers - Fantasy.
Crafty Creations - That's What Little Girls are Made of.
My Mums Craft Shop - The Great Outdoors.
DYSU? - CASE the DT (I was inspired by Mary Jo's clouds).
