MIA....

Oh dear.... the blogging situation hasn't improved. The crafting situation hasn't improved. The work situation hasn't improved either. I've not had time to visit anyones blogs lately, I've missed people's birthdays and have just generally been a very rubbish blogging buddy. I feel like I am completely swamped in virtually every area of my life at the minute and things just aren't getting any better. I hasn't helped that I've been away virtually every weekend lately and as I'm a weekend crafter, this has been a bit of a catastrophe. Anyway, I'm actually home this weekend and so am planning a mayor craft fest to try and kickstart my weary mojo. I also want to make up for all the things I've not done recently so that I can appease my guilty conscience and make up for neglecting both my craft stash and my lovely craft friends! Wish me luck.....

Well, I think that is enough moaning. If you are still with me, do you fancy seeing (2 days late...) the card I made for this weeks Copic Colour Challenge? The colours this week are YG00, RV13, V91 and we are sponsored by the wonderful InStyle.

This one was made using the sketch over at Crazy 4 Challenges. I'm not entirely sure these papers really work together with the green card but hey, you have to try these things, right?!

Goodie List........
Stamps: 'Yuki' by InStyle
Paper: Doodlebug.
Copic Markers: E00, E11, E50, R81, R83, R85, Y21, Y28, YG00, YG03, YG06, V12, V15, V17, W1, W3, W5, W7.
Tools & Embellishments: Gems from stash.

So that is it from me. Sorry to be such a whinge bag, I really hope that this weekend will sort me out!

This is fabulous Stacey and she is so cute.
You need to chill about blogging or even crafting otherwise instead of enjoying it, it becomes a chore. We all know how life takes over and we will still be here when time allows you to enjoy a bit of crafting.
luv

It's so hard Stacey and sometimes it's impossible to keep on top of things..... I've been bad lately too! Just don't beat yourself up because, when all is said and done, this is supposed to be a hobby and anything else is a bonus!
Have a fab, crafty weekend hun!
Hugs Tara xx

I just love your colouring, Stacey! It's soo great! Lovely card!

Wish you a wonderful weekend - crafting or not! ;) *lol* There will always be periods in life when we're not so preoccupied with our hobbies, you know. What's there to have guilty conscious for?.. Well, I do understand the feeling.. I've had it myself, and I guess others, too! We know what it's like, so... We show understanding. Sometimes there are enough and too many things to focus on, and blogging and hobbies should be fun! A little pause every once in a while is just wonderful, if you ask me! Who would be crafting the whole summer through, for instance??... *lol* Not me!!!! :)

Hugs and more hugs, Hege :)

PS: Was admiring the Moose card I got from you for Xmas. I wish I was as good as you in colouring images the way you do! It's awesome!! Me, admiring your card - made me think it was so long since I had stopped by your blog. So I had to stop by today! Love your fresh, adorable and totally beautiful cards!! :D
