At last, some new cards!

Phew. I managed to drag myself away from all of your lovely blogs just long enough to actually make a couple of cards. Struggled a bit last night though for some reason. Faffed around for a little while and randomly came up with this one when a load of paper cuttings started to encroach into the corner of my crafting area! I cut flowers out of some Papermania Retro Floral paper and layered them up in the bottom corner of the card. I added some adhesive gems to make it look a little more interesting. However, even after I'd added my Pink Petticoat Lilli image, it still looked a little flat. So, I decided to go for broke and add lots of faux stitching. Despite this cards shaky start, I am actually quite pleased with the effect!

My next effort was a little more 'standard'! I had a good ole play with my Pink Petticoat images and papers and came up with this simple card. Still fairly effective though I think.

Thats all from me at the moment. Hope to post again tomorrow though as I was naughty at work today and downloaded a few more Pink Petticoat images! No doubt they will be on here very soon......!

P.S. Does anybody know how I can get rid of this really annoying box around my signature? Its driving me crazy!

Hey there...did you figure out the box around your signatures?? I had the same trouble and all you have to do is go into layout and then borders and find the border that would correspond with that area and change it to white and you should be good to go;-) I am new to this blogging thing, but had the same issue myself a few days ago!!I just found your blog and I love it!!
